At Professional Photo AI, we stand behind the quality of our AI-generated headshots. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their experience. If you are not happy with the Service for any reason, we offer a straightforward, no-hassle refund within 14 days of your purchase.

2.Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • You are requesting a refund for a payment made directly through the Professional Photo AI Service.

After the 14-day window has passed, refunds are provided at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to reach out even after the guarantee period if you believe you have exceptional circumstances.

3.How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply send an email to:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • The email address associated with your Professional Photo AI account.
  • Your approximate purchase date or the transaction/receipt ID (if available).
  • A brief description of the reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve).

Our support team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.

4.Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
  • If your subscription is active, it will be cancelled upon issuance of the refund and your access to premium features will end at that time.

5.Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing manateemediallc@gmail.com. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Generated headshots already in your account will remain available for download.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you would like both a cancellation and a refund, please state so in your email.

6.Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays and the suspension of your account during the investigation.
